SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We ship to the domestic U.S. only at this time. For purchases greater than $99.00 USD before tax we ship FREE via regular USPS first-class mail providing it ships to only one domestic U.S. address. We do not ship free to multiple addresses in one order.

For orders over $99.00 USD before tax we will upgrade the shipping to the small Priority Mail flat rate box shipped to only one domestic U.S. address. We do not ship free to multiple addresses in one order.

The minimum shipping fee for orders less than $99.00 USD before tax is $5.95. The shipping fees are dependent on the destination and how many bracelets are ordered.

Shipping speed is dependent on the carrier. J. Ian Gems cannot be held responsible for the delivery time of the carriers. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to a small Priority mail flat rate box, the fee is $10.50 USD and usually arrives in 2-4 days in most cases.

The shipping address provided must be a recognized address by the U.S. postal service and cannot be a P.O. BOX address. It must be a street address.
All purchases are subject to shipping contracts and as a result, risk of loss of goods purchased from this website passes to you when received by the carrier. You are responsible for filing any and all claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. J. Ian Gems provides tracking numbers for all shipments over $99.00 USD before taxes that are shipped free.

If you want to pay for expedited shipping, please contact us at info@jiangems.com for a quote. We will need to add the appropriate postage to your invoice and the invoice must be paid in full prior to shipping your order(s).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, issue credits or accept returns or make exchanges. All sales are final. This policy applies to gift cards. A gift card can only be redeemed for products from J. Ian Gems and has no redeemable cash value.
We do want you to be thrilled with your order. Please contact us at info@jiangems.com within 10 days of your order if there is an issue. We want to keep you happy, and we want return customers. Our customers are important to us, and we want referral business.
